Robert Cloud Instructor of Graphic Design

Robert Cloud is an instructor in the Graphic Arts department at South Plains College. With a background in chemical engineering from West Texas A&M, Robert shifted his focus to creative fields after realizing his passion for design and creativity.

A musician who toured for 15 years as a bass player, Robert’s career path eventually led him to the Sound Technology program at South Plains College, where he later discovered his true calling in graphic design. He graduated from the Design Communications program in December 2008 and founded Visual Dynamics Print & Design in 2009, operating the business until 2017.

Robert began teaching as an adjunct instructor at South Plains College in 2011 and has since become a full-time instructor, sharing his expertise and passion for design with the next generation of graphic artists.
